 Damages and issues

Please inspect your items upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if the item never arrived. So that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Please be sure to include any photos and or videos, so we can insure your refund and quality support. 


We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your refund request and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take anywhere from 10-20 business days  for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund on your account.

non-refundable items

Unfortunately certain types of items cannot be refunded, such as  custom products like trays and mugs  
Unfortunately, we cannot accept refunds on sale items or gift cards.
